Instagram – My New Toys!

A couple of months ago I decided to make use of the white table top in my living room and start to get all arty with some of my photos. This is because I saw some other cool people doing it and I wanted to be cool, too. Hey at least I’m admitting it. So here’s a little curated selection of some of these snaps off my Instagram account; and I can introduce you to some of my new toys: 🙂

^I’ve been eating a lot of sushi for breakfast/lunch lately..

^OMG I LOVE Hey Arnold! Please tell me you know him! Top right is a pair of monkey socks given to me over Christmas by a friend in Porto. They’re awesome. Bottom pic is my bed where many-a-night I’m spending way too much time reading Men’s Health or Quora.

^This was me in Porto in DECEMBER! Can you believe it. My pom-pom headpiece is by Rosa Bloom.

^Food ‘lunch belts’ that I got from Colette Paris – I love that store so much! And my new Marc Jacobs sunglasses, c/o SmartBuyGlasses.

I was hoping to receive them in time before I went off to Portugal and Spain last month but that didn’t happen. So here are some pics of me wearing them as I enjoyed some sunshine.. at home.. in my bikini! This is something I do quite often during the winter actually – whenever the sun’s out. If you can’t do it outside, why not in, right?

^HAhahaha ok basically I was so high on sunshine and self-love that I thought it would be a fantastic idea to keep taking pictures of myself wearing my cool new sunglasses. Cos I thought I looked pretty damn good in them (and I don’t care if you think not :p).

They fit great! This particular design also comes in BLUE (I know, the blue is SO ME isn’t it!). But seeing as I’ve given away my RayBans to my sister/mom I might get a replacement for those instead.

Shopping/What I Wore Instagram Diary

If you already follow me on Instagram..this will be kind of a zzz post for you, oops..

I barely post on this blog anymore as I’m always on the go and moments when I can sit at my laptop these days are super rare! So I end up telling the world about my activities and whereabouts via Twitter and Instagram – my two favourite and most-used apps on my phone. It’s just so much easier and it’s handy, especially since my phone fits in my pocket and my normal camera doesn’t.

Anyway, here are some pics of clothes/shopping/what I wore over the last two months, i.e. February – March 2012 via Instagram compilation a.k.a. lame excuse for a post. But well it’s my blog I can do whatever I want..

When it was still cold

Too bad they totally demolished me the first time I wore them, which was a mere few days ago.

So much so that I had to run to Boots to buy bandaids.. which didn’t really even work. I ended up folding down the backs of the shoes and stepping onto them *painforfashion*

I got a neon yellow top from ASOS (not shown in this post) that will go superbly with this.

I call these pants (sorry – pants are pants.. I don’t say ‘trousers’) my pajama pants. Cos that’s what they feel like! Except they’re socially acceptable in public (in my opinion anyway).

Two more sleeps and I’m off back to Malaysia for three weeks!

I’ll be spending the Easter weekend on a road trip with my family, and then going to a beautiful island in the north-east to complete a diving course with my sister.

The following weekend, it will be my fun friend Joyce’s birthday, and we’ll be celebrating it with a whole bunch of her friends in a big villa in the forest.

Looking forward to all the fooood and sunnnn and party time!

But most of all, I’m happiest to be seeing my mama and papa again.
